Renewable Energy & Carbon Reduction
Across MeetFuture Group’s operations, renewable energy initiatives are being introduced to support lower-carbon manufacturing.
At MeetFuture Group’s Lingang facility, a rooftop photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of approximately 678.5 kW generated more than 700,000 kWh of renewable electricity in 2024, contributing to an estimated reduction of approximately 563 tonnes of CO₂ emissions.

MFSG supports continuous improvement in energy and resource efficiency through intelligent energy management, operational optimization and more efficient use of resources.

MFSG participates in an ongoing supplier decarbonization initiative with a European customer, supporting the customer’s supply chain emission reduction targets.

Across MeetFuture Group, occupational health and safety practices are supported by ISO 45001-based management.
Initiatives include employee health management, workplace safety, first-aid and emergency-response training, ergonomics improvement and continuous safety awareness.
Annual employee health examinations achieve 100% coverage.

MFSG provides Industrial Attachment (IA) opportunities for students in Malaysia, creating practical learning opportunities and supporting future talent development.
At Group level, MeetFuture maintains cooperation with universities and educational institutions, including two practical training bases and internship opportunities for more than 50 students annually.

Employees and suppliers are expected to follow established standards of ethical business conduct, with clear requirements regarding fraud, data falsification, deliberate concealment of material information and other serious integrity violations.

Responsible Supply Chain Governance
MFSG applies a structured supplier governance approach covering supplier qualification, onsite assessment, AVL approval, performance evaluation, corrective action and supplier exit.
Supplier performance is evaluated across Quality, Cost, Delivery and Service (QCDS), with corrective action and supplier management mechanisms applied where needed to support stable delivery and supply chain resilience.
