
On November 21,2025, the parent company of MFSG, Meet Future Technology, secured a strategic-level order from an advanced semiconductor manufacturing customer for its self-developed fifth-generation intelligent overhead hoist transport (OHT) system, “SKYSAIL”. The order covers FOUP OHT, Reticle OHT, and the Material Control System (MCS). This strategic engagement reflects the customer’s strong recognition of the AMHS overall solution’s system adaptability, operational stability, and customization capabilities in complex manufacturing environments, and establishes a solid foundation for deeper long-term collaboration between the two parties.
Prior to this engagement, the SKYSAIL system has already been deployed at scale in multiple leading wafer fabrication facilities. Through long-term operation, it has consistently demonstrated stable and reliable system performance, earning continued customer trust and repeat collaborations.
AMHS systems are critical infrastructure in wafer manufacturing, directly impacting production efficiency and yield control. As a core component of AMHS, intelligent OHT systems place high demands on equipment performance, system control capabilities, and multi-equipment coordination.
