On December 24, 2025, we’re excited to share a recent milestone from MFSG’s parent company, Meet Future Technology, which has successfully secured a 12-inch AMHS full-fab project for advanced semiconductor manufacturing R&D applications—an achievement we’re genuinely proud of.

The project focuses on advanced process mass-production validation and new technology development. It places very high demands on the flexibility, stability, and system-level coordination of the AMHS solution. The AMHS solution covers the full-fab material handling system. It includes FOUP OHT, Reticle OHT, and core subsystems such as FOUP STK, Reticle STK, OHB Purge, LP Purge, and MCS. It enables fully automated handling and management of critical materials throughout the entire process within complex R&D environments.
